I'm Dr. E. Nicole McCluney, and I'm passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations reach their full potential through leadership development and inclusivity. I'm also the founder of Elevate Edge LLC, a consulting company that provides services to enhance these initiatives.

I have nearly 15 years of experience as an educator, and I'm currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at Missouri State University. I teach both graduate and undergraduate courses, and my research interests include mentoring, leadership, and DEI in sport and Physical Education.
